Khalid McRae
Khalid founded Legacy Construction in 2005, bringing prior experience across commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset management, program management, and real estate finance.
According to his published company biography, that multidisciplinary background includes managing construction on more than $21 million in projects across military, educational, federal, and aviation settings, as well as underwriting and closing more than $150 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions.
It is an approach grounded in both the physical work of construction and the business and community objectives that make projects worth building.
